About the Role



AV Experience Director


We’re seeking an AV Experience Director to lead on-site audiovisual operations in Denver, Colorado, a boutique property known for its elevated events and personalized hospitality. This on-site leader will work closely with hotel staff to design, sell, and deliver exceptional events in the hotel’s ballrooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces.

The ideal candidate is a polished communicator with both technical fluency and a strong sense of hospitality — someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, operations, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site leader for all audiovisual operations within the hotel.

Collaborate daily with hotel sales, catering, and events teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings and events.

Drive AV sales through strong client relationships, consultative service, and creative event solutions.

Oversee all technical aspects of event setup, production, and breakdown to maintain premium quality and efficiency.

Lead and mentor a team of AV professionals, fostering a culture of service and excellence.

Maintain a strong partnership with hotel leadership, aligning AV services with brand and guest experience standards.

What You Bring

Proven experience in AV management, event production, or hotel-based event technology.

Strong background in both operations and sales within the hospitality or events industry.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client-service skills.

A passion for creating seamless, high-impact experiences that enhance the hotel’s event offerings.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
