About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Audio Visual Experience Technician to support and enhance all audio-visual needs for events, meetings, and guest experiences at our boutique hotel's. You will work closely with the AV Experience Director to ensure every event runs seamlessly, from our ballrooms to smaller meeting spaces. This is a dynamic, on-site role that combines technical expertise with a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment for events and meetings
Collaborate with AV Experience Director and hotel teams to ensure seamless event execution
Maintain AV equipment and recommend upgrades or improvements
Deliver an exceptional guest experience through professional and polished AV support
Qualifications:
Previous experience in AV support, preferably in hospitality or events
Strong knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events require
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly rate: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience
